摘要 为解决罐式开关、GIS、HGIS中4 kA及以上电流互感器误差现场交接试验问题,采用相同型号和相同结构的N台独立的升流器单元,通过单台或多台升流器单元的串联、并联或串并联混合方式组成大电流升流装置,以获得所需的输出电流和输出电压:并在结构设计上采用环形铁心.输出绕组采用多根导线换位并均匀绕制在环形铁心上:完全解决了大电流设备的运输、抗外力冲击、散热、安全接地等问题,同时降低了升流器单元的漏抗,减少内部损耗,减小外部一次回路接线的接触电阻,从而实现了能量的有效传递。经实验室检测和现场使用,大电流升流装置效果良好.具有推广应用价值。 For solving the problems in 4 kV and above current transformer site error handover test of pot breaker, GIS, HGIS, N individual power current transformer units with same type and structure are adopted to form power current transformer for obtaining output current and voltage through parallel connected, series-connected, parallel-series combined connected single or multiple power current transformer unit. Ring core is adopted, and output winding uses several position-changed wire which is winded uniformly on ring core. The device has completely solved the problems of transmission, resistance to external force, heat dissipation, safe earthing of heavy current equipment, reduced the leak reactance, internal losses of power current transformer unit, contact resistance of external primary eireuit, thus realized the effective transmission of energy. Lab test and site application proved that power current transformer has good effect and has the value of extension.
