介绍了职业发展阶梯设计的流程,结合工作实际,提出以能力标准为依据的职业阶梯设计方法,并对其进行了分析,对职业发展阶梯、能力标准以及职业发展阶梯的管理流程等进行了详细阐述,提出了新的理念。
The process of professional development ladder design is introduced. Combined with the work practice, the method of professional development ladder design based on employee's ability is raised. The professional development ladder, ability standard and its management process are demonstrated in detail, and new idea is put forward.
