分析了视听技术的特性,介绍了视听媒介在成阳供电局教育培训中的具体应用,给出了基于特定人力资源开发项目的具体情况选择最佳培训方法的建议。
The character of audio-visual technology is analyzed. Application of audio-visual media in education training in Xianyang Power Supply Bureau is introduced. Some suggestions to select the best training method as per specific labor resources development project are proposed.
