摘要
采用优质煤系高岭土煅烧制备的纳米莫来石(nano-mullite)对聚苯乙烯(PS)进行改性研究,通过机械共混的方法制备了nano-mullite/PS复合材料。实验探讨了纳米莫来石的表面状态及其含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:2%的偶联剂包覆改性的纳米莫来石改性PS的效果最为显著;纳米莫来石加入量为2.5%左右时,改性PS的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度达到峰值。
The properties of PS filled with nano-mullite, made from high quality Kaoline, were studied. Nano-mullite/PS composites were developed by mechanical blend. The effects of nano-mullite surface were treated by different contents of coupling agent, different contents of nano-mullite on the nano-mullite/PS composites were discussed separately. The results indicated that the nano-mullite treated by 2% of JN-101 could improve PS effectively. Tensile strength,Izod notch impact were enhanced after modification of the nano- mullite. When the nano-mullite content was 2.5 % , the tensile strength and Izod notch impact reached the peak.
