摘要
塑料复合包装袋的热封强度和封口完整性是袋包装产品生产的质量控制要素。首先设计多种试验工况研究热封工艺参数(热封温度、热封时间、热封压力)对PET/AL/PE热封强度的影响,结果表明:热封温度对热封强度的影响最为显著。在此基础上,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸破坏模式对热封区域进行表观判定,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对热封材料PE进行热分析,并结合工程实际,确定PET/AL/PE复合薄膜有效热封温度范围。
Heat-seal strength and integrity of the heat sealing part are key factors for plastic laminated bags in quality control of packaging production. The main heat-seal processing parameters (heat sealing temperature,time and pressure) of packaging laminated film PET/AL/PE were studied through heat-seal tests in different conditions. The results showed that the effect of sealing temperature on seal strength was most significant in the three parameters. Then, apparent judgment was carried out by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and tension failure models, and thermal analysis of polythene (PE) was carried out by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , the scope of heat sealing temperature of laminated film PET/AL/PE was obtained finally.
