全程责任助产士陪伴分娩效果探讨

Effects of Pregnancy Delivery Accompanied by Responsible Midwife in the Whole Process

目的探讨全程责任助产士陪伴分娩的临床效果。方法采用分组对比的方法，收集2007年1月～2007年10月，由助产士全程陪伴分娩的产妇600例为观察组；2006年5月-2006年12月采用传统模式分娩的产妇600例为对照组。分析两组产妇产程、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分及满意度调查等进行比较。结果观察组产程缩短，产妇手术产率、产后出血、胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息明显下降（P〈0．01），产妇满意度显著提高。结论全程责任助产士陪伴分娩加强了医患间的沟通与信任，提高了产科医疗及服务质量，便于临床推广。

Objective Evaluate clinical effects of pregnancy delivery aeeompanied by responsible midwife in the whole process. Methods 600 eases accompanied by responsible midwife in the whole process from Jan. 2007 to Oct. 2007 were selected as experimental group. 600 eases delivered in traditional way from May. 2006 to Dee. 2006 were selected as control group. Compared and analyzed birth process, delivery mode , bleed postpartum, Apgar rating of the new - born and Satisfaction Index of parturient between the two groups. Results In experimental group birth processes were shorten （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and cesarean section rate, bleed postpartum, fetal distress and asphyxia neonatornm were decreased significantly（ P 〈0.01 ）. Satisfaetion index of parturient increased obviously. Conclusion Pregnancy delivery accompanied by responsible midwife in the whole process strengthened the communication and trust between patients and doctors, improved medical services was advantageous for clinical promotion.
