Study on Treatment of Lumbar Discherniation with Discolysis by Injection of Collagenase(A report of 115 cases)

本文探讨胶原酶注射椎间盘溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床意义，于局麻下Ｘ线引导胶原酶硬膜外注射１１５例，治疗效果优良率８３．５％，表明该法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种有效的办法。

One hundred and fifteen cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with discolysis by injection of collagenase from 1994.The injection within epidural space was performed under local neurolytic anesthesia using image intensification control.The authors believe that discolysis by injection of collagenase is a better alternative to disc surgery.
