摘要
为了研究同种异体皮瓣移植后的免疫排斥反应,作者利用皮瓣带蒂(带自体血供)转移这一不同于其它器官组织移植的特点,制作了以同品系大白鼠为材料的同种异体皮瓣移植动物模型。初步实验观察表明,这一模型能够延长同种皮瓣移植后的存活天数,其存活时间随皮瓣断蒂时间的推迟而相应延长。其机理可能是产生了特异性免疫无应答而减弱了排斥反应的强度。该模型为进一步深入研究探讨同种皮瓣移植后免疫耐受产生的机制提供了一条新途径,并为同种皮瓣移植后长期存活,最终转入临床应用展示了可能的前景。本文报道了这一动物模型的制作方法。
To study the immunologic rejection phenoment after homograft of skin flap,the author made new animal model in rat according to the character of skin flap transplantation with pedicle.Initial observation showed that the model could prolong the survival time of homograft of skin flap and the survival days obviously increased along with the time of skin flaps pedicle cutting off.Its mechanism might be to produce special immunologic tolerance.The new animal model will provide a new way for further studing the produced mechanism of immunologic tolerance after homograft.It showed that the homograft of skin flap might prolong survival after transplantation and apply to the clinical use.The article reported the established method of the model
