摘要 用RETM包覆CaCO3,对其填充改性PA6进行了研究,结果表明:采用RETM包覆改性CaCO3能明显改善CaCO3粒子的分散性能,使PA6的力学性能得到提高,特别是弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度提高约33%和48%,耐磨损性也提高了1倍多,同时大大降低了PA6的吸水率约56%,热变形温度也提高约20%。 The composite filler modifying PA6 was studied by using RETM Coated CaCO3. The results showed that RETMcoated CaCO3 could improve dispersing property of CaCO3 particles in PA6 and the mechanical property of PA6, especially it' s bending strength, impact strength were improved by 33%, 48% about respectively, wear resistants were raised by 100% around. In the meanwhile the water absorbency were decreased greatly about 56% , it' s heat distortion temperature were also raised by 20% around.
