通过对我国寒地既有建筑能耗现状的分析,阐明了寒地既有建筑节能改造的紧迫性,提出了寒地既有建筑节能改造的经济和技术策略,对加快推广寒地既有建筑节能改造工作具有一定的意义。

Through the analysis of the situation of the resource-consuming of the existing buildings in cold districts of our country, the thesis states the necessity of the resource-saving improvement of the existing buildings in cold districts, and brings forward the economy and technology measures of the improvement of it. It has certain significance to accelerating the extension of resource-saving improvements of the existing buildings in cold districts.
