摘要
针对当今建设工程招标中,有时存在围标现象,分析了围标的特征、原因、危害,并从围标存在的原因出发提出了防范围标的措施,以期进一步规范建筑市场,促进我国建筑业的发展。
Aiming at the occasional together-conspired bidding dealing in the construction bidding, the paper analyzes the characteristics, reasons, harms of the together-conspired bidding dealing and starts from the reasons to provide the precautious measures, in order to specify the architectural market and enhance the development of the architecture in our country.
