晋阳高速公路特殊路段大修改造的建议

Suggestion of the major overhaul and revamp of the special road section in the Jin-Yang expressway

针对晋阳高速公路运营过程中发现的一些特殊路段如紧急停车带、长下坡、长隧道、高填方等存在的典型安全问题,结合工程实际提出了改善其行车安全性的一些措施,从而减少大修后的交通事故,保证高速公路安全运营。

According to the typical safety problems in the special road section in the Jin-Yang expressway such as the emergent stopping belt, long down slope, long tunnel, high fill in the pit, the paper puts forward the measures to improve the driving safety combined with the engi- neering practice, to reduce the traffic accident after the overhaul and to guarantee the safe operation of the expressway.
