摘要
我国国有企业激励机制经历了一系列的改革,取得了一定的成效,但仍然存在许多问题需要改进。本文分析了国有企业经营者激励机制存在的问题,并从转变思想认识、长短期激励结合、物质非物质激励结合、建立科学考核体制以及建立激励与约束并重机制等几个方面提出了国企激励机制建设的思路,以期对调动国企经营者积极性、构建有效的经营者激励机制有所裨益。
