摘要 目的:研究葡萄糖酸锌对轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗效果。方法:确诊为轮状病毒性肠炎的116例患儿随机分成两组,治疗组s6例,对照组60例,均采用常规对症、补液和饮食治疗,治疗组加用葡萄糖酸锌治疗。比较两组的治疗效果和止泻时间。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组。治疗组平均止泻时间(3.42±2.17)天,较对照组显著缩短。结论:在轮状病毒性肠炎的常规治疗方法上,加用葡萄糖酸锌能取得更好的疗效。 Objective: To study the effect of treatment on rotavirus enteritis with glucose acid zinc.Method: A total of 116 cases of Rotavirus enteritis were random divided into two groups. All received symptomatic supportive therapy, supplement fluid, and diet treatment. The treatment group of 56 cases received the glucose acid zinc. Then the effect of two groups were compared. Results: The cured rate of treatment group was 92.86%, prominence higher than the control group. The time of recovery was (3.42±2.17)d in treatment group and (5.89±2.32)d in control group, there was statistic difference. Condusions: Addition Glucose acid zinc in Rotavirus enteritis has better thempy effect than just used the normally one.
