脉冲磁疗联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎180例临床研究

The Clinical Study of Pulse Magnetic Field Treatment and Mucosolvan Aerosol Inhalation on Treating Paediatric Lobular Pneumonia at 180 Cases

目的:探讨脉冲磁疗联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:我科于2006年3月～2008年2月收治支气管肺炎患儿320例,随机分为2组其中对照组140例,治疗组180例,对照组采用综合治疗的方法;治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用脉冲磁疗并联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗。结果:治疗组在咳嗽、喘憋消失时间,肺部罗音消失时间均较对照组短,经统计学处理差异极其显著。结论:脉冲磁疗联合沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎,疗程短、见效快,治愈率高。患儿无痛苦,易于接受;值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective： To approach the curative effect of Pulse magnetic field treatment and Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation on treating Paediatric Lobular Pneumonia.Method： 320 paediatric cases, suffering from Lobular pneumonia, admitted by our department during the period of March 2006 and February 2008, were chosen and randomly divided into two groups, 140 cases control group and 180 cases treatment group, which were treated respectively with synthetic treatment and synthetic treatment adding Pulse magnetic field treatment and Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation, and were studied comparatively. Results： During the period of the treatment; Cough, Breathe heavily and Rale disappearing time in treatment group was shorter than of the control group. The differences between the two methods were significant in statistics. Conclusions： Pulse magnetic field treannent and Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation on treating Paediatric Lobular Pneumonia, with short periods of treatment, immediate effect and higher cure rate. Sufferers has not pains and easy to accept. It＇s worth to promote it.
