速康灌肠液在腹部外科手术后临床运用的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Su Kang Guan Chang Ye after Abdominal Operaion

目的:研究速康灌肠液对腹部外科手术后病人康复的效果以便推广应用。方法:选择行腹部手术的病人124例,按性别、年龄、原发病种类等随机分为治疗组(速康灌肠液+常规治疗,n=62)和对照组(常规治疗,n=62)。结果:治疗组病人术后至肛门排气时间及并发症发生率等均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:速康灌肠液结合常规治疗对腹部外科手术后病人康复的效果肯定。

Objective： To explore the rehabilitational effect of Su Kang Guan Chang Ye for the padents after abdominal operation. Method： 124 cases of patients undergone abdominal operation were selected and divided into treatment group （Su Kang guan Chang ye ＋ routine measure, n=62） and contrast group （routine measure, n=62） according to sex, age, primary disease types, et al., randomly. Results： The time from operation completed to anus exaust and the occurrence rate of complication were lower than the contrast group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The restoration effect of Su Kang Guan Chang Ye combining with routine measure is affirmative for the patients after abdominal operation.
