摘要
目的:探讨子宫腺肌病患者在位子宫内膜、子宫内膜-肌层界面(endometrial-myometrial interface,EMI)基质金属蛋白酶-9 (MMP-9)及其抑制物-1(TIMP-1)的表达及其生物学意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP方法对40例子宫腺肌病的子宫内膜(含部分肌层)和40例子宫肌瘤的子宫内膜(含部分肌层)的组织进行分析。结果:腺肌病组MMP-9的表达强度EMI处显著高于远肌层(P<0.05)。EMI处MMP-9表达,腺肌病组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。EMI处TIMP-1在增生期和分泌期的表达,腺肌病组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。TIMP-1在EMI和远肌层的表达比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:子宫腺肌病组EMI处的内膜腺体中MMP-9的高表达,可使子宫内膜的侵蚀能力增强,可能参与子宫腺肌病的发生和发展。
Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metaUoproteinase-1(TIMP- 1)in uterine endometria (functional layer) and the endometrial-myometrial interface (EMI) of adenomyosis and their biological significance. Method: SP immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of EMI and uterine endometria(the functional layer)among 40 cases with adenomyosis and 40 cases with leiomyoma. Results: The expression of MMP-9 in EMI of adenomyosis group was stronger than that in uterine endometria of fimctional layer (P〈0.05).The staining intensity of MMP-9 in EMI of study group was much stronger than that of control group (P〈0.05). The expression of TIMP-t in EMI of adenomyosis group was lower than that of control group(P〈0,05).The expression of TIMP-1 was no difference between EMI and uterine endometria (P〉0.05).Conclusions: Higher expression of MMP-9 in EMI might enhance the endometrial invasive ability. It may be related to the pathogenesis of adenomyosis.
