胰岛素对创伤失血性休克病人中性粒细胞凋亡的调节作用

The Effect of Insulin on PMN in the Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock Patients in Vitro

目的:探讨胰岛素调节创伤失血性休克病人中性粒细胞(PMN)调亡的作用。方法:胰岛素组和非胰岛素组的PMN分别培养分为3h、6h、12h、18h、24h、36h,比较两组PMN的凋亡率的变化。结果:胰岛素组的PMN的凋亡率显著高于非胰岛素组(p<0.05)。结论:胰岛素促进了PMN以凋亡形式的死亡。

Objective： To explore effect of insulin on PMN apoptosis in the Traumatic hemorrhagic shock Patients in vitro. Method： To compare the apoptosis change of PMN when incubated at 0,3,6,12,18,24,36 hours in the two group.Results： Apoptosis rate of PMN in insulin group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Insulin might reduce apoptosis of PMN.
