摘要
作者采用放射免疫分析法,观察酪氨酸类似物酪氨酰肼对离体培养大鼠黄体细胞3β-羟-甾体脱氨酶(3β-HSD)活性的影响,同时还观察了酪氨酰肼在拮抗hCG诱导孕酮生成作用中对3β-HSD活性的影响。结果显示:(1)0.2mmol/L酪氨酰肼明显抑制大鼠黄体细胞3β-HSD活性。(2)底物浓度较低时,酪氨酰肼对3β-HSD活性具有显著增强作用,随着底物浓度的增加,它的作用渐弱且转为抑制。(3)酪氨酰肼可明显抑制hCG诱导的3β-HSD活性。
In the recent investigation,the effect of tyrosine hydrazide on 3βHSD activity of the cul tured luteal cells of rats was studied by the method of RIA assay. The experiments showed: (1) 0. 2 mmol/L tyrosine hydrazide significantly inhibited 3β-HSD activity. (2) Tyrosine hydrazide had biphasic effect on 3β-HSD activity at different concentrations of pregnenolone. (3)Tyrosine hydrazide decreased 3β-HSD activity induced by hCG.
