急性白血病细胞Rb蛋白表达的研究

Rb PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA CELLS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

作者用免疫组化方法检测了40例急性白血病细胞中Rb基因蛋白的表达情况，结果发现，Rb蛋白表达缺失率为37．5％，以M_5亚型多见，占41．6％。结果表明，Rb基因表达状态与急性白血病的类型有关，并影响患者的疗效和预后。

Rb Protein expression of leukemia cells was examined by SABC immunohistochemistry in 40 patients with acute leukemia. Results showed that Rb protein negative expression rate was 37. 5% in all patients (15/40),and 41. 6% in patients with M5 subtype of leukemia(5/12). This suggested that Rb gene expression might be associated with subtypes of leukemia and would af fect results of chemotherapy and the prognosis of the disease.
