HPLC法测定皮灵酊喷雾剂中间苯二酚 水杨酸及氯霉素的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立测定皮灵酊喷雾剂中间苯二酚、水杨酸及氯霉素含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。Diamonsil^(TM)钻石C18分析色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm);流动相:甲醇-水(8g磷酸二氢钠、1g十二烷基磺酸钠用水溶解并稀释至800ml,再用磷酸调pH值3.0)(36:64);流速:1ml/min;检测波长272nm。结果间苯二酚、水杨酸及氯霉素的回归方程分别为:Y=0.6193X-0.0474,r=0.9999:Y=0.04605X-0.1107,r=0.9999;Y=0.08209X-0.006308,r=0.9997;线性范围分别为:0.804-8.240、0.644-6.600、0.322-3.300μg。平均回收率分别为99.53%,99.59%、98.77%,RSD分别为1.14%、1.12%、0.43%。结论HPLC法测定皮灵酊喷雾剂中间苯二酚、水杨酸及氯霉素的含量,专属性强、精密度好、操作简便、准确性高。 Aim To establish a method for detecting resorcinol,salicylic acid and chloramphenicol in Pilingding Spray by means of HPLC. Methods The chromatographic conditions include the Intersil C18 coliumn and a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(36:64) that contains 8g NaH2PO4 and lg sodium dodecylsulfonate solved in 800ml purified water,with pH regulated to 3.0 with phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 272nm performed at room temperature. Results The number of theoretical plates calculated by resorcinol,salicylic acid and chloramphenicol peak was 5415、6378 and 5806 respectively. The regression equation was : Y = 0.619 3X - 0.0474( r = 0.9999) ; Y = 0.046 05X - 0.1107( r =0.9999) and Y =0.082 09X -0.006308( r =0.9999) respectively ;the linear range was 0.804 -8.240,0.644- 6.600 ,0.322 - 3. 300μg respectively;the average recovery ( RSD ) was 99.53 % ( 1.14 ), 99.59 % ( 1.12 ),98.77% (0.43) respectively. Conclusions The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
