摘要
目的建立测定脉通颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Diarnonsip@C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μl);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(27:10:1:65);流速:1ml/min;检测波长:286nm。结果丹酚酸B在0.2272-1.1360μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;加样回收率为100.43%,RSD为1.49%(n=5)。结论该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为控制脉通颗粒质量的方法。
Aim To establish an RP-HPLC method for quantitative determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Mai tong Granules. Methods The separation was performed on DiamonsiL^TM C18 column (4.6mm×250mm,5μl) with the mobile phase of methanal and Acetonitrile and Formic acid and Water(27: 10:1 : 65 ) at a flow rate of 1ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was 286nm. Results The linear range of Salvianolic Acid B was 0.2272 - 1.1360μg, r =0.9999. The mean recovery was 100.43% , RSD 1.49% ( n =5). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate, sensitive and with good reproducibility.
