摘要 目的:探讨可滤式双向加药防污染装置对静脉输液微粒污染的影响。方法:将80袋软包装0.9%氯化钠注射液(250ml袋/)随机分观察组和对照组各40袋,对密封瓶粉剂进行溶药加药技术操作为研究对象,观察组应用双向防污染可滤式加药器溶药加药,对照组用20ml注射器进行溶药加药,通过采取微粒检测比较两组微粒及污染情况。结果:观察组加药后检测药液中能截留≥5μm不溶微粒,截留率达95%,符合标准要求,对照组≥5μm不溶微粒截留率为5%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:静脉输液患者采用双向针头防污染可滤式加药装置可有效地防止和减少微粒对人体造成的危害。 Objective : To study the pollution of two - way anti - pollution filterable drug - putting device to insoluble particles in infused liquid. Methods: Eighty soft packed bags with injection of sodium chloride in 0.9% (250ml in each bag) were divided into observation group and control group randomly (40 bags for each group ). In observation group, the drug was put by two - way anti - pollution filterable drug - putting device. And 20ml injector was used to put drug in control group. The comparison was made in particles and pollution through the laboratory test of particles. Results : Insoluble particles in observation group was more than 5 μm, the filtering rate was 95% and it measured up, and filtering rate was 5% in control group. There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Two- way anti - pollution filterable drug - putting device can effectively prevent from the harm of particles to patients.
