摘要
54例小儿血小板减少性紫癜，中医辨证分为血热、气虚、阴虚三型论治，结合西药强的松治疗，平均住院43天，有效者53例，其中治愈者占38例。
54 cases of Infantile idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were divided into three types， i． e． bloodheat type， qi deficiency type and yin deficiency type， treated with prednisone in WM and differentiation ofsymptoms and signs in TCM． The results showed that recovery was 38 cases， improvement was 15 cases， atotal effective rate was 98％．
