摘要
本文研究了轻身调脂片对家兔和大鼠血脂(TG和Chol)和脂蛋白(HDL-c及IDL-c)的影响。60天(家兔)和55天(大鼠)的实验结果表明,小剂量的轻身调脂片不仅能降低动物血脂和脂蛋白,而且能预防动脉硬化的形成和发展。实验期间在大剂量组没有发现毒副作用。
Effect of Qingshen Tiaozhi tablet on the blood lipid and lipoprotein in rabbits and rats was studied. The results of the experiments for 60 days (rabbits) and 55 days ( rats) showed, Qingshen Tiaozhi tablet of small dose sould not only decrease the blood lipid (TG and LDL - C) and the plasma lipoprotein (HDL - C and Chol) of animal,but also prevent the formation and development of atherosclerosis.No side toxic effect in large dose group was found in experimental period.
