摘要
运用以水蛭、葶苈子、干姜等药制成的肺心康胶囊治疗慢性肺原性心脏病缓解期患者３０例以观察其对此类患者血液流变学及免疫功能的影响。结果显示，经肺心康治疗后患者的血液流变学和免疫功能各项指标均有显著性改善（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５），提示肺心康能降低肺心病患者血液粘稠度、改善微循环，进而降低肺动脉压以减轻右心室负荷和改善右心功能，提高免疫功能。
SUMMARY:30 cases of catabasis chronic pulmonary heart disease were treated with "Fei Xing Kang" capsule which was made from Hirudo,Semen Lepidiiseu Descurainiae and Rhizome Zingiberis etc. to observe the effect of "Fei-Xing-Kang" to hemorrheology and immunological function of catabasis chronic pulmonary heart disease patients. The result showed that the various parameters of hemorrheology and immunological function were significantly improved (P<0.05) after treating. It was suggested that "Fei Xing Kang" could lower the blood viscosity, improve microcirculation and reduce the pulmonary arterial pressure to improve the right heart function and enhance immunologic function.
