摘要 Apelin是孤儿受体APJ的天然配体,Apelin/APJ系统广泛分布于脂肪细胞、血管内皮细胞等。高胰岛素血症引起脂肪细胞的Apelin mRNA表达和血浆Apelin水平升高,Apelin又可以抑制高血糖刺激的胰岛素水平增加。Apelin/APJ系统可能参与高血压、动脉粥样硬化和视网膜新生血管的形成,在糖尿病慢性并发症的发生中起作用。 Apelin is an endogenous ligand for the orphan G protein - coupled APJ receptors, Apelin/APJ system are widely distributed in adipose cell,blood vessel endothelium cell and so on. Hyperinsulinemia can enhance expression of Apelin mRNA and the plasma level of Apelin in adipose cell, furthermore, Apelin also can inhibit the increase of the level of insulin resulting from hyperglycaemia. Apelin/APJ system maybe in- volved in hypertension, atherosclerosis and retina new vascular generation and plays an important rote in the genesis of chronic diseases of diabetes mellitus.
