摘要
儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)在儿童睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病中发病率较高,危害较大。近年来关于儿童OSAHS的研究取得了不少进展,本文分别从流行病学、病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗等方面介绍了儿童OSAHS的研究近况。
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （ OSAHS ） has higher morbidity and harmful greatly in the group of children sleep respiratory disorders. Many advances in children OSAHS were come out in the recent years, this article introduces the recent advances of epidemiology, etiology, clinical mani- festation,diagnosis and treatment on children OSAHS.
