支气管哮喘治疗中的药物合用

The Combined Use of Medicine on Bronchial Asthma Treatment

近年来,我国支气管哮喘的患病率和病死率有上升趋势,已成为严重威胁公众健康的一种主要疾病。哮喘发病机制十分复杂,诱发因素多种多样。各种治疗药物的作用环节各不相同,但基本是从抗炎及相应的证型出发对症治疗。笔者利用文献资料,收集、整理西药、中药、中药提取物以及中西药的配伍临床应用,分析哮喘治疗中药物合用的增效协同作用和不良反应,为安全用药提供指导。

The prevalence and mortality rates of bronchial asthma showed rising trend in recent years,which has been a main threat to Chinese public health. The bronchial asthma has very complex mechanism and multiple inducing factors. All kinds of therapies are different from each other in drug effects, but they are basically treated the inflammation and the Corresponding TCM syndromes. Collec- ting and arranging the literature data of compatible application of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese herb extracts and TCM WM combination, as well as analyzing on enhance synergistic effect and adverse reaction in treating asthma, could provide guidance for clinical safe medication.
