神经外科手术采用特殊体位对手术治疗十分有利,但易造成循环和呼吸系统严重并发症如空气栓塞,因而术中如何进行正确的麻醉管理显得尤为重要。本文对神经外科手术中采用的特殊体位,特殊体位与心血管系统、呼吸系统和神经系统并发症的关系,术中管理等方面予以综述。

It is helpful in treatment of patients with special body position in neurosurgical operation, but it is easy to cause complications in circulation and respiratory system, such as aeroembolism, so it is very important to manage anaesthesia correctly. This article reviewed the special body position in neurosurgical operation, and its relation with cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system complication.
