论述了知识经济时代高校图书馆的基本特征及生态化组织应具备的基本特征,并就如何将高校图书馆建成生态化组织进行了探讨。
This paper discusses the basic laws of unversity libraries in the times of knowledge economics, analyses the basic characteristics of ecological organizations and probes into the issues concerning their construction.
