局封配合中药治疗急性神经根型颈椎病32例

Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy Treated with Focal Sealing Combined with TCM

[目的]探讨局封配合中药治疗急性神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的疗效。[方法]对2005年10月至2007年1月门诊共32例急性CSR患者进行此法治疗,对其临床疗效进行评价。[结果]所有患者获得6～9月随访,按照中医病症诊断疗效标准进行评价:治愈24例,显效6例,有效2例,无效0例。[结论]局部封闭结合中药是治疗CSR的一种有效方法。

[Objective] To discuss the cure effect of acute nerve root cervical spondylopathy（CSR） treated with focal sealing and TCM. [Method] Administer the said method to 32 cases of acute CSR patients and evaluate their clinical therapeutic effect. [Result] All patients were followed up for 6- 9months and evaluated by TCM disease diagnosis and cure effect standard：24 cases were cured,6 had marked effect,2 had effect,0 had no effect. [Conclusion] The said method is an effective way to treat CSR.
