早期中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines on Epidemic Parotitis in Early Stage

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎临床疗效。[方法]治疗组35例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组35例采用西医治疗,分别观察两组主要症状、并发症及治愈时间。[结果]治疗组在改善主要症状,减少并发症及缩短治愈时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]早期中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract： [Objective] To investigate the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicines on epidemic parotitis in early stage. [Methods]35 patients in Treatment Group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine while the other 35 in Control with only western medicine to observe the difference between their main symptoms,complications and the time needed to get cured. [Results] Curative effects in Treatment Group were better than the Control（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） in terms of reducing main symptoms,complications and the time needed to get cured [Conclusion] Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating epidemic parotitis in early stages.
