摘要
通过对王氏针灸医案的整理分析,可以将王氏针灸辨治特点总结为对病势、病性和病位三个方面的辨识。其中,对病位的辨识结合了脏腑辨证与经络辨证两种主要的方法,同时强调按诊法在明确病位与治疗选穴过程中的价值。
By cleaning up and analysis on Mr. Wang＇ s medical cases of acupuncture and moxibustion,it sums up the treatment differentiation features from disease condition, nature and location; among which, recognition to disease location combines the main methods of organ differentiation and channel differentiation;meanwhile it puts emphasis on the value of press diagnosis in defining disease location and selecting acupoints.
