摘要
[目的]探讨弹响指治疗的有效途径。[方法]对10例确诊为弹响指采用小针刀加局注治疗。[结果]10例患者一次治愈9例,二次治疗好转1例,治愈率90%。[结论]小针刀加局注治疗弹响指临床疗效确切。
[Objective] To discuss effective method for trigger finger. [Method] Administer small needle-knife and focal injection to 10 diagnosed trigger fingers. [Result] 9 cases were cured at one time, 1 for two times, the cure rate was 90%. [Conclusion] The said method has definite cure effect to trigger fingers.
