复方芪连口服液治疗消化性溃疡的药效学研究

[目的]通过实验研究,评价复方芪连口服液对消化性溃疡的疗效。[方法]按抗溃疡药效学实验方法,分别对应激性、药物性、手术性多种溃疡模型进行溃疡干预实验。[结果]对各种溃疡均有显著的抑制溃疡指数的作用,对溃疡也有一定的抑制率,效果与阳性对照组作用相当。[结论]复方芪连口服液可显著对抗应激法、消炎痛以及幽门结扎法所致的大鼠胃溃疡,具有抑制溃疡的作用。

[Objective]Through the experimental study, appraise the curative effect ot Qilan Compound Oral sotutlon on Digesnon Ulcer. [Method] According to pharmacodynamics experimental technique of anti-lcer, carry on the ulcer to intervene experiment separately corresponding to stirring, the medicine, the surgery of ulcers model. [Result]The effect of suppression ulcer index is remarkable to kinds of ulcer, also has certain suppression rate to the ulcer, the effect similar to Masculine group. [Conclusion] The Qilian Compound Oral Solution may remarkably resist the mouse gastric ulcer caused by stirring, Indomethacin and the pylorus tied up, having the function of suppressing the ulcer.
