新乡市城市性质分析

An Analysis of the Designated Function of Xinxiang City

确定正确的城市性质,对城市规划和建设非常重要,它是城市发展方向和布局的重要依据。回顾新乡市近三百年来城市性质的演变,分析新乡市在更大区域内的地位与作用,结合河南省城镇体系规划、中原城市群总体发展规划纲要等上位规划,在新一轮新乡市城市总体规划修编中对新乡市的城市性质进行了探讨。我们认为,新乡市是中原城市群北部重要节点城市,区域性中心城市,中原城市群地区先进加工业基地,豫北地区交通枢纽和现代化物流商贸城市,职业培训基地和现代农业示范基地。

A correct determination of a city＇s designated function, which is the basis for the development trend and layout of a city, is very important for the urban planning and construction. Based on the review of the changes of the Xinxiang City designated functions in the previous 300 years, this paper analyzed the role and position of Xinxiang City in a larger area. Combining the Henan urban system planning and the comprehensive planning outline of Central China＇s urban agglomeration, this paper discussed the function of Xinxiang City in the new round of Xinxiang City comprehensive planning modification. It is pointed out that Xinxiang City is an important node city, a regional central city and advanced manufacture base of Central China＇s urban agglomeration. It is also a transportation nub of northern Henan Province and a modern logistic and trade city, a vocational training base and modern agriculture demonstration base.
