中药厚朴中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取研究 被引量:13

摘要 本实验以干燥厚朴(Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.)皮为原料,用甲醇的水溶液来进行热浸渍提取法提取有效成分,而后用旋转蒸发仪浓缩,再用正己烷,二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇依次萃取,分别得到正己烷,二氯甲烷,乙酸乙酯,正丁醇和水层五个层。将乙酸乙酯层浓缩后,用硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化,并依据核磁共振确定其结构。结果表明:分离得到了较纯的起主要药用作用的木质素类化合物1:5,5′-二烯丙基-2,2′-联苯二酚(厚朴酚)和化合物2:5,3′-二烯丙基-2,4′-联苯二酚(和厚朴酚)。 The dry magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. ) bark was used as raw material in this experiment, and was carried on with the methanol - water to get the effective component at a proper temperature, after the circumvolve evaporimeter concentration, used n - hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n - butyl alcohol in turn extracted, obtained five extracts: the n -hexane extract, the dichloromethane extract, the ethyl acetate extract, the n -butyl alcohol extract and the water extract. The ethyl acetate extract was then concentrated, isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and the structure determination of the chemical component was based on the result of nuclear magnetic resonance spectros- copy. One compound was gotten, which is 5,5' - Diallyl - biphenyl - 2,2' - diol (magnolol) and compound 2:5,3' - Di- allyl - biphenyl - 2,4' - diol ( honokiol).
