摘要
用不同比例的PEG-1500和PEG-6000作为基质,制出滴丸,测定滴丸的溶散时限。结果PEG-1500和PEG-6000的比例在1.0~0.9之间,滴丸的溶解时限合格。据此认为,生产利福平滴眼液的滴丸时,基质中PEG—1500和PEG-6000的比例应为1.0—0.9.
Objective filtrating the best compound ratio of Rifampicin eyeliquid drops basic compose. Methods Using different radio of PEG1500 and PEG6000 for basic compose,eye liquid drops were made. Results Dissolve time limit was up to grade,when the radio of PEG1500 and PEG6000 for basic compose was 1.0 -0.9. Conclusion The best ratio of PEG1500 and PEG6000 in 1.0 -0.9 was sensible.
