摘要
目的:研究温度对金黄地民血液流变特性的影响。方法:采用锥板式粘度计分别测试金黄地民血液在19℃、25℃、31℃、37℃、43℃、49℃、55℃对应的8项血液流变学参数。结果:全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度在低于37℃时随温度的降低而增加,高于43℃时则随温度的升高而增加.43℃时的粘度则低于37℃之检测值;全血高切相对粘度、全血高切还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数在43℃以上时明显高于37℃检测值(P<0.01);血浆粘度的改变与温度变化负相关(r=-0.96、P<0.01)。结论:各种物理治疗手段的热效应机理中,血液流交特性的改变起到重要的作用。
Obejective:To study the effects of different temperatures on hemorheological properties of the hamster blood. Methods: Eight hemorheological parameters of hamster blood were tested at 19℃、25℃31℃、37℃、43℃、49℃、55℃ respectively by means of the cone and plate viscometers. Results: When the temperatures were below 37℃,the whole blood viscosity (in high shear and low shear)went up as the temperature fell down; when the temperatures were higher than 43 C,the viseosity went up as the tem-perature raised. the viscoslty value at 43 Cwas lower than that at 37℃. When the temperatures were above 43℃,the whole blood relative viscosity, reduced viscosity and erythrocyte index of rigidity were significantly higher than that at the 37℃(P<0. 01). The change of the plasma viscosity was negatively related to that of the temperature (r=-0. 96,P<0.01). Conclusion: The changes in the hemorheological properties play an important role in the heat effects of different physiotherapeutic methods.
