不同观赏南瓜品种叶片气孔研究 被引量:4

摘要 用生物显微镜观察了8个观赏南瓜品种叶片气孔密度、气孔面积、气孔器长轴和短轴以及气孔形态。结果表明,不同品种的气孔密度在206~661个/mm^2之间,以枕头南瓜的气孔密度最大,特大南瓜的气孔密度最小;不同品种的气孔面积在67~284μm^2之间,以特大南瓜的气孔面积最大,枕头南瓜的气孔面积最小;不同品种的气孔器的长轴在12.0~21.6μm之间,以特大南瓜的气孔器长轴最长,枕头南瓜的气孔器长轴最短。不同品种的气孔器的短轴在7.2~16.8μm之间,以特大南瓜的气孔器短轴最长,枕头南瓜的气孔器短轴最短。品种间的气孔形状均表现出相似性,为椭圆形或卵圆形。不同品种之间的上述性状则表现较大的差异。这说明观赏南瓜叶片气孔密度、气孔面积、气孔器长轴和短轴及气孔形态可以作为研究不同观赏南瓜品种分类和选育重要微观特征。 The indexes, including stomata density, stomata area, stomata shape and so on, were examined through scanning in Biomicroscope in 8 varieties of the Ornamental Pumpkin, as well as the relativity between the indexes had also been analysed. The results showed that remarkable variety and certain relativity excited on different materials. Stomata density was in the range of 206 -661number/mm^2, among eultivars Zhengtou Pumpkin was the biggest , reached 661number / mm^2 ;Teda Pumpkin to be the smallest, reached 206 number/mm^2. Stomatal area amplituded in 67 -284μm^2, of which Teda Pumpkin is the highest to284 μm^2, Zhengtou Pumpkin is the opposite to 67μm^2. Their stoma tic major axis is between 12 - 21.6μm , of which the stoma tic major axis of Te Da Pumpkin is big while Zhen Tou Pumpkin is small. Their stomatic minor axis is between 7.2 - 16.8μm ,of which the stomatic minor axis of Te Da Pumpkin is big while Zhen Tou Pumpkin is small. The shapes of the stoma were ovate or elliptic, the difference of stomata physical feature of the leaves of the same type were similar or identical , but there are big difference among different types. It is suggested that the difference of stomata physical feature of the leaves can be taken as one of the important microscopic characteristics to identify eultivars in ornamental Pumpkin breeding.
