豫北致病性猪大肠杆菌分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of the Pathogenic Escherichia Coli.in the North of Henan Province

从豫北56个发病场采得92份仔猪黄、白痢检样,通过鉴别培养基培养和生化试验,共分离出致病性大肠杆菌61株,经大肠杆菌O抗原鉴定,其血清型为O10115株、O6013株、O1418株、O1397株、O1385株、O93株,另有10株未能定型,优势血清型为O101,O60,O141,O139,占定型菌株的84.3%。本实验结果为豫北地区致病性猪大肠杆菌药物敏感性试验和多价灭活苗的制作提供了基础,对指导规模化养猪场大肠杆菌病综合防止模式的制定及预防猪大肠杆菌病具有重要意义。

61 strains of Escheriehia Coli. are isolated out of 92 samples from 56 piggeries in the north of Henan Province by culture and biochemical test. Serologically, 15 of them are identified as Group O101, and 13 as 060, 8 as O141, 7 as O139, 5 as O138, 3 as 09 by O serogroup identification, while the other 10 strains have not yet been decided. Among the serogroups, O101,060 ,O141 and O139 have high percent, which is 84.3%. The foundation of susceptibility test and the production of endemic inactivated polyvalent vaccine of Escherichia Coli. for pigs in the northern part of Henan province were offered by the result of this experiment. Then, aside from playing a significant role in preventing, it was also the guideline of establishing the mode to comprehensively prevent Colibocillosis in systematic pig farm.
