摘要
针对清江梯级水电站开展了水库联合调度图的研究,结合库群补偿调度的库容效率指数方法,建立了基于微粒群算法的联合调度图研制模型。得到的联合调度图方案符合清江流域水文及梯级水库结构特点,同时具有调度决策直观、操作简明的优点。经模拟调度检验,联合调度图与现设计应用方案相比,清江梯级总出力不仅满足设计保证率,而且年均发电量可提高2.01亿kW.h,增长率达2.77%,减少弃水10.67亿m3,减小38.96%。
Using the compensated operation method of storage effectiveness index derived by US Army Crops of Engineers, the combined reservoirs operation guide curves for Qingjiang cascade hydropower stations are derived based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The combined reservoirs operation guide curves are not only identical with the hydrological characteristics of the Qingjiang basin and reservoir structures, but also are convenient for operation and decision making. Comparing with the designed scheme, the proposed method can annually generate extra electrical energy of 2.01 ×10^8 kW· h ( increase 2.77 % ) and save flood water resources of 10.67×10^8 m^3 ( increase 38.96 % ) without reducing the designed hydropower guarantee output.
