超临界萃取技术在生物碱提取中的研究新进展

New Applications of Supercrifical Fluid Exiraction Technique in Alkaloids Extraction

超临界流体萃取技术与传统的提取方法相比具有选择性好、收率高、工艺简单、操作条件温和、绿色环保等优点,已被广泛应用于中草药的提取分离中。综述了超临界萃取技术应用于生物碱分离的研究进展,分析了影响生物碱分离效果的各个因素,除温度、压力、溶剂、萃取时间等常见因素外,碱化试剂能够改善生物碱的分离效果,夹带剂则提高了超临界萃取流体的能力。结果表明,它能够有效地从植物中提取或分离出生物碱,且与其它的分离手段相结合将是天然药物生物碱今后的提取分离发展方向。

Supererifical fluid extraction technique which possesses the advantage of goodselectivity , high yield , simple technology , temperate operation state , environmental protection and so on , has be used in the extraction and separation of Chinese herbal medicine extensively. This paper reviews the application of supercritical fluid extraction of alkaloids from progress, the impact of the effects of alkaloids from various factors, in addition to temperature, pressure, solvent extraction, and other common factors, alkalization of urgency to improve alkaloids The separation efficiency, cosolvent improves the supercritical fluid extraction capacity. The results show that it can be effectively extracted from plants or isolated alkaloids, and other means of the separation of combining drugs will be a natural alkaloid extracted from the future development direction.
