摘要
本文通过总可溶性固形物和总糖的测定,找出他们之间差值与混合果汁浓度之间的关系,以此确定并作为原果汁含量的判断依据。结果表明,他们之间具有良好的线性关系和相关系数,y=0.0992x—0.1646,R2=0.9846。这表明本方法是有效可行的,而且它具有准确、易于操作和检测成本低等特点,适于推广使用。
This study through determine total resolvable solid and total sugar , finding the relation between their difference value and commixture fruit juice concentration , and using it as a judgement of original juice content . The result shows that they possess a favorable linear and coefficient correlation , y = 0.0992x--0.1646 , R^2 = 0.9846 . It indicates that this method is utility and feasible , moreover , it holds characteristics such as accuration ,easy to operation ,low cost of detection and so on . proper to extend application .
