钯碳催化还原制备2,4-二甲基苯胺的研究

Synthesis and Character ization of 2,4-Dimethylaniline

以间二甲苯为原料,经硝化制备了2,4-二甲基硝基苯,在Pd/C催化下,利用水合肼还原制备2,4-二甲基苯胺。在优化条件下,2,4-二甲基苯胺的收率达93%。

Starting from 1,3 - dimethylbenzene, 2,4 - dimethylnitrobenzene can be obtained by nitrification, and then with hydrazine hydrate in pressence of Pd/C catalyst , the target compound can be obtained. Under optimum conditions, the total yield it is about 93 %.
