摘要
本文根据变速器复杂壳体类零件的结构特点,利用自顶向下的设计思路,把复杂壳体分解成若干类似零件的元件,再把元件分解为一个个具体的参数化特征,按照确定的基准和父子关系复制几何,构造壳体零件,从而实现三维建模,形成了一套设计高效的复杂壳体类零件参数化建模方法。
Using top down design method, to decompose complicated housing into components as several parts according to structural character of transmission complicated housing-type components and then to separate the component into specific features one by one. According to definite datum and parent-child relationships, to copy geometry and construct housing component. An efficient and practical design method of parametric modeling for complicated housing-type components is introduced in this article.
