摘要 备自投装置是发电厂重要的二次设备,其可靠性的好坏直接影响供电的可靠性。针对目前对备自投装置的微机化、网络化、可操作性及可靠性高等要求,提出了一种新型的基于PCC的数字备自投装置整体解决方案,介绍了该装置的硬件设计、工作原理及几项关键技术。采用可编程计算机控制器(PCC)作为备自投装置的控制器,利用其强大的运算能力实现了灵活的备投方式。该装置能根据电厂的运行方式,执行相应的备自投方案,保证供电持续可靠。 Auto-switching is important secondary, equipment in power plant, the reliability of which has direct influences on power supply. In order to meeting the needs of computerization, internetization, operability and reliability of auto-switching, a solution of new type of auto-switching based on PCC came into being. The paper introduces hardware designs, principles and several key techniques of such device, applying PCC as its controller. It utilizes quick auto-switching terms through powerfulness of computer and guarantees consistent power supply by executing corresponding auto-switching terms according to the modes of operating in different power plant.
