Modular integrated embedded monitoring system for heavy construction machinery

在分析确定典型大中型建筑机械作业过程工况状态参数和动作的基础上,采用模块集成的办法,构成嵌入式监控系统,使其实现高度自动化、智能化和信息化。主模块采用NI CompactRIO,配置模拟I/O模块和数字I/O模块等,并通过CAN接口模块支持CAN总线网络。采用LabVIEW,实现对模块集成系统应用程序的开发。这种模块集成嵌入式监控系统,通过剪裁,可以适用于对各种大中型建筑机械的监控。

This paper discusses state parameters and actions of typical large and medium construction macninery and a modular integrated embedded monitoring system is developed. The main module uses NI CmnpactRIO combined with analogue I/O module, digital I/O module and CAN interface module and is compatible with CAN bus network. The related program is developed with LabVIEW. Through some change, the developed monitoring system can be used in variety of large and medium construction machinery.
