摘要
目前,国产通用桥式起重机系列尚未采用参数化设计系统,既不能将设计人员从大量繁琐的重复劳动中解放出来,也不能发挥出CAD/CAM的优势。为此,本文采用许用应力和极限状态设计法分别对通用桥式起重机进行结构分析,建立优化数学模型,采用正交网格法进行参数优化,通过对优化结果的分析,得出2种设计方法的异同性和优劣性。同时优化结果作为二维参数绘图的输入参数,驱动参数绘图软件直接绘图,开发成功一套通用桥式起重机结构CAD软件,实现设计绘图的自动化。
Parameterized design system has not yet been used in general overhead traveling crane series design. So it can neither relieve designers from numerous repeated works nor promote the advantages of CAD/CAM. This paper performs analysis of general overhead traveling crane structure respectively by allowable stress method and limit state method, builds optimization mathematics models, conducts parameter optimization by orthogonal lattice method, concludes differences and similarities and advantages and disadvantages between the two methods through analyzing optimization results. Meanwhile, a general overhead traveling crane CAD software is developed by using the optimization results as input parameters to drive plotting software to complete plotting, realizing automated design drawing.
